WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :

• Join a high growth R&D Engineering team that is focused on growth and development within our extensive Data Solutions product line!
• Develop designs and documentation for new and existing products by creating 3D models, drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and other documentation to fully define product for manufacture and ensure specifications are met. Work will include projects with significant scope and / or complexity and minimal supervision from engineers and supervisor.
• Research specifications and identify purchased components for use in designs.
• Manage both small and some parts of large scale projects independently.
• Direct and assist with the build of components and assemblies for prototypes and pilot builds.
• Assist in the development of engineering, drafting and release standards.
• Perform tolerance stack analysis of complex assemblies and drawings prior to release of documentation.
• Participate in the product development process, including design brainstorming and voice of customer activity.
• Initiate / prepare Engineering Change Order (ECO) documentation, including the development of BOM's.
• Perform required calculations to ensure all dimensions, tolerances and other specifications are accurate as represented

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range :

$54,300.00 - $100,800.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
