- Play an integral role in supporting program and project planning and execution, including arranging regular and special events, communicating with Government and industry organizations, and providing logistical support.
- Assist the Program Managers in organizing communications, compiling data calls, running reports, and tracking task execution.
- Assist in the management of the group office, including purchasing and reconciling equipment, materials and supplies, and managing shipping and receiving of classified documents and materials.
- Work with the Program Operations Coordinators to implement Program Task Management Plans, Quality Management, Security Assurance, Export / Import Control and other processes.

Hold an Associate's degree in business, economics or other related field, or have equivalent level of experience.Have 5+ years of relevant administrative / programmatic support experience.Have demonstrated ability to work on complex, dynamic, and multiple administrative and program tasks independently with little supervision.Are proficient in MS Office suite in production of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.Able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Secret level clearance.You will go beyond our minimum requirements if you…
