Seasonal Snow Removal Crew & Subcontractors – Multiple Positions Available

GroundSystems is seeking dependable and experienced individuals and subcontractors to join our Seasonal Snow Operations Team in the Dayton area. Help us deliver high-quality, efficient snow and ice removal services during the winter season.

We offer both direct-hire seasonal positions using company equipment and subcontractor opportunities for those with their own equipment

Subcontractor Positions (Use your equipment) :

• Plow Truck Operator – Up to $110 / hr
• Plow & Salt Combo (P / S Combo) – Up to $130 / hr
• Skid Loader Operator – Up to $130 / hr
• Loader Operator – Up to $275 / hr
• Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew – Up to $45 / hr (must provide transportation and crew)
• Snow Equipment Operator – Up to $50 / hr (e.g., your own skid steers, backhoes – part-time / seasonal)
• CDL Snow Truck Driver – Up to $50 / hr (must meet insurance requirements)
