8+ years of experience in operations, product management, or technology consulting

Domain expertise in the Recruiting or HR field

Experience with third-party technology platforms, preferably in HR or Recruiting

Strong organizational and operational skills

Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
