Your day to day as a Teacher's Aide
As a Teacher's Aide at Handprints Early Education Centers, you can expect an engaging and rewarding daily routine. Each day, you'll assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans, fostering a stimulating environment for children to learn and explore. Your responsibilities will include supervising playtime, facilitating activities, and providing one-on-one support for students to ensure their individual needs are met. You’ll also help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, ensuring that all materials are readily available for children’s use.
Expect to collaborate with a dedicated team, sharing ideas and strategies that contribute to a vibrant educational atmosphere. Your schedule will run sometime between Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, allowing for a consistent and structured week that fosters your professional growth while making a significant impact on young learners.
