As part of the team, you'll :

• Deliver individual and group therapy for behavioral health and substance use challenges.
• Develop and manage treatment plans from intake to discharge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust care.
• Support caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors.
• Provide services in-person and via telehealth across facilities.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), experience with substance use disorders, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
