Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Bellevue, WA 98007 (Required)

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting neurodiverse youth and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Your Role :

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients, maintaining standard BCBA responsibilities
  • Implement neurodiversity-affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
  • Conduct assessments and submit semi-annual re-evaluations to track progress
  • Maintain clinical and administrative records in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards
  • Provide parent training and collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists, as well as psychologists
  • Supervise, train, and provide constructive feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

    • Requirements :

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions
  • Proven experience implementing ABA methodologies with children with autism
  • Successful background screening and verification
