We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting neurodiverse youth and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Your Role :
Manage a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients, maintaining standard BCBA responsibilitiesImplement neurodiversity-affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniquesConduct assessments and submit semi-annual re-evaluations to track progressMaintain clinical and administrative records in compliance with HIPAA and professional standardsProvide parent training and collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists, as well as psychologistsSupervise, train, and provide constructive feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Requirements :
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditionsProven experience implementing ABA methodologies with children with autismSuccessful background screening and verificationLicense / Certification :
