Job description

Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading healthcare services organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project / Program Management Department supporting the California HCO initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Rancho Cordova, CA (Remote with occasional onsite visits)

Hours : Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm

Pay Range : $28.00 / hour

What's the Job?

  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain engagement across teams to meet project goals
  • Prepare work summaries and status reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify project requirements and risks
  • Document lessons learned and maintain accurate project records

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
  • Strong transcription and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
