PeaceHealth is seeking a Patient Team Support - ICU for a Per Diem, Night position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $24.01 – $36.06. The hiring rate is dependent upon terms of collective bargaining agreement.

Your Impact

As a Patient Team Support member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both patients and the ICU care team. You’ll combine CNA duties with clerical support to help ensure smooth operations and compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care within CNA scope under RN supervision
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and monitoring patient status
• Maintain confidentiality and advocate for patient needs
• Support unit operations : admissions, discharges, scheduling, and supply management
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the unit
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

CNA certification in Washington required
