Trane in the Pacific Southwest is hiring a Regional Sr. Contracting Operations Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of the contracting fulfillment processes in its goal of operational excellence, support of overall strategic objectives, and accountable for overall project financial results for the Pacific Southwest Region including the following locations : CA, AZ, NV, HI, NM, and West Texas.

Where is the work :

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. This role can be based out of any of the following branch locations : Brea, CA, Rocklin, CA or Tempe, AZ.

Compensation :

Base Pay Range : $ 178,800 - 226,000 / yr. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
