LHH is seeking a Property Accountant to join our client in Charlotte on a direct hire basis. This position will be responsible for the accounting for a portfolio of properties and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities :

• Managing the accounting for a portfolio of properties
• Financial reporting
• Journal entries
• Month-end close
• Reconciliations
• Ad-hoc duties as needed

Qualifications :

Compensation and Schedule : $65K-$75K depending on experience with a full benefit package. Onsite 5 days a week.

Pay Details : $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
