Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the team to deliver consistently delicious food and a great guest experience in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must have some BOH experience
  • Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
  • High energy and a positive attitude
  • Experience with inventory and labor management
  • Passionate about training and coaching your staff and managers
