Job Description
The position as Assistant Manager is very dynamic. It is responsible for the increase of our sales results, develops strategies to improve the customer experience, coordinates the operations and leads a team of employees. The Assistant Manager always keeps an overview of our business processes, opens and closes the shop and ensures that everything runs smoothly. The Assistant Manager is responsible for updating the collection, giving styling tips and comprehensive product knowledge. In addition, it is responsible for the recruitment, hiring and personnel development of the store staff. It is expected to give its best every day. With our philosophy of promotion from within, our Assistant Managers have the opportunity to develop into the future leaders of our store organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university / college OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role CEFR B2 fluency in English & German, required Strong problem-solving skills Ability to show up in a fast-paced and challenging environment Team building skills Self-starter Drive to achieve results Multi-tasking Fashion interest & knowledge
