About The Position

Job Title : Assistant Manager - Intensive Care Unit

Profession : Adult Services

Specialty : Critical Need

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : 12 hours

Hours per Shift : 07 : 00 PM to 07 : 30 AM

Experience : 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years.

License : Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.

Certifications :

• Basic Life Support
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Must-Have :

Description :

The role requires a qualified individual to manage the Intensive Care Unit.

The position demands excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.

Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is also preferred.

A NIH Stroke Scale Certificate and CCRN certification are preferred.

Experience in Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent is preferred.

The individual must be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Strong communication skills are necessary for effective patient interaction.

This position offers guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
