Open Roads Behavioral Health, a department of A Safe Haven, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Clinical Director to help lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals navigating mental health challenges. Open Roads serves children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and traditional outpatient therapy. Open Roads mission is to provide quality, evidenced-based treatment to historically disenfranchised communities and clients. Our IOP programming targets adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, and eating disorders while our outpatient program serves individuals children, adolescents, young adults, and families with a wide spectrum of presenting problems. As Associate Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in helping to oversee and enhance the clinical services offered by our organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing evidence-based treatment protocols, supervising doctoral students and clinical staff, assisting in marketing and outreach efforts, enhancing program development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
