Revital Rehab Services is seeking a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our partner facility,

The Gardens at Orangeville , a skilled nursing community in Orangeville, PA. As part of the Revital team, you’ll help residents regain function, increase independence, and improve quality of life—while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Your Impact :

Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

Assist with screenings and assessments to help shape personalized care plans

Deliver compassionate, goal-driven treatments aligned with residents’ needs and functional goals

Maintain clear and timely documentation and communicate progress with the OT and care team

What You’ll Need :

Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Strong communication skills and a resident-centered mindset
