About the Role :

Assure Infusions is building something big — a state-of-the-art sterile manufacturing facility producing critical IV solutions. We need a hands-on Maintenance Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and knows how to keep complex systems running at peak performance. This is not a "sit back and wait for breakdowns" type of job. We're looking for someone who can anticipate problems, engineer solutions, and drive continuous improvement across our operation.

What You'll Do :

• Own the reliability and performance of production and facility equipment in a sterile manufacturing environment.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis on automation, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Develop and execute preventive & predictive maintenance programs that minimize downtime.
• Support capital projects — from design through commissioning — ensuring equipment installs meet performance and compliance standards.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and quality teams to implement process improvements.
• Train and mentor technicians, raising the technical capability of the maintenance team.

What We're Looking For :

mechanical / electrical

troubleshooting skills and knowledge of GMP / cGMP practices.
