Job Summary

Join a global power management company as a Senior Field Service Representative , supporting customers through the entire power system lifecycle—from commissioning to emergency response. This role is hands-on and highly impactful, ensuring reliable power distribution for critical systems while promoting electrical safety and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support startup, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting for power distribution systems

Generate service reports detailing work performed, product status, and warranty information

Use digital tools such as iPads, IR cameras, and MS Teams to enable remote reporting and diagnostics

Provide system recommendations to improve performance and reliability

Ensure safety policy compliance and complete required screenings

Interpret electrical schematics and perform diagnostics across low, medium, and high voltage systems

Lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds using proper tools and safety procedures

Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and solve complex system issues

Apply NFPA 70E and OSHA LOTO procedures in daily work

Evaluate and mitigate Arc Flash and electrical hazards per safety standards

Required Experience

In-depth knowledge of 3-phase power systems and power distribution equipment

Hands-on experience with equipment diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting

Proficient with electrical schematics and diagrams

Familiarity with OSHA LOTO and NFPA 70E safety protocols

Capable of lifting / carrying up to 50 lbs and using hand / power tools

Nice-to-Have Experience

Experience with power quality testing , protective relays, and system analysis

NICET or NETA certification

Required Skills
