Experience :

• 6 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 60 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Required Skills / Experience : Med / Surg Telemetry 5+ years m / s experience

Nursing (RN) experience of six (6) months - three (3) years.

Preferred Skills / Experience : Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.

Required Credentials : A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).

Preferred Credentials : Professional certification in a related nursing specialty. Relevant skills certification (i.e., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by home unit assigned.

Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit : Pneumonia, COPD, CHF, AKI, Osteomyelitis

Special Requests : Cannot accommodate block schedule

Shift & Scheduling : every other weekend (Fri,Sat,Sun)

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required after submission
