What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors as outlined in site-specific policies.
  • Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries related to access procedures and site navigation.
  • Carry out security-related procedures and follow site protocols to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
  • Document and report all incidents, irregularities, and security-related matters in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and / or lockdowns according to site-specific procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
