Salary : Job Summary :
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role ensures a clean and organized kitchen environment and supports the kitchen staff in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen items.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
- Ensure that all cleaned items are properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and trash bins.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Support kitchen staff as needed during busy hours.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements :
No previous experience required (on-the-job training provided).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift / move up to 50 lbs.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Good attitude and strong work ethic.
