Revenue Operations Specialist
The role supports internal and external customers to ensure electronic devices are managed effectively throughout the operational process for client sites managing clinical trials.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Sales Orders to ensure accurate creation and clarity of information for teams within the configuration center.
- Attend project kick-off meetings and client calls as required.
- Act as the point of contact for Client Services queries or questions.
- Generate internal export documentation.
- Order printed materials on behalf of clients as directed by Client Services.
- Liaise with Client Services and external service providers to manage and communicate any shipment delays.
- Promote continual improvement within the Customer Operations area.
- Manage client expectations on device shipments and inventory.
- Influence financial accountancy by ensuring good practices are followed.
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Essential Skills :
High school diploma.2+ years of experience managing shipment orders and process documentation for clinical trials.1+ years of experience in a similar remote role.Experience in data entry, documentation, and customer service.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Candidates in the Horsham, PA area are preferred for onsite training and expedited onboarding.Work Environment :
This is a fully remote role with a 5-month contract, which may transition to a full-time position but is not guaranteed.The opportunity allows for hands-on project work in an interesting line of business.Job Type & Location :
