Your Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• You are passionate about AEO & Aerie products and educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love, introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You are flexible across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You are a team player and assist your team in getting the job done.
• You do the right thing and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
