4CRisk.ai is hiring : UX Designer in Redwood City

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our product and engineering teams in shaping an enterprise platform for global clients. In this role, you will collaborate with a distributed, passionate team to define user needs, align with business goals, and craft a compelling design vision for our enterprise solutions. We're seeking someone who is both strategic and hands-on, someone who enjoys mapping intuitive user journeys, refining interaction patterns, contributing to design systems, and obsessing over UI details. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers across the design lifecycle, from research and wireframing to creating prototypes and polished mockups.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on UX / Product Designer with expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
• Design wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and user journeys to communicate ideas effectively.
• Clearly articulate and present complex interaction concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Build and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency throughout the development cycle.
• Play a core role in a small, high-impact team driving large outcomes.
• Navigate ambiguity with ease, apply first-principles thinking, and translate abstract ideas into actionable design solutions.
