THOR Solutions is actively seeking a senior-level DOORS Management Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG)’s Ship Design Team (SDT) in Washington, DC . In this role, the candidate will utilize expertise with IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) to implement and manage shipbuilding program’s requirements and processes. An ideal candidate will have at least six years of prior experience using DOORS in a USCG, DHS, DOD, or other shipbuilding environment.

Typical Responsibilities :

• Implements enterprise requirements management information systems – specifically IBM
• DOORS – usage across shipbuilding programs.
• Executes the implementation of advanced software features such as the Change Proposal
• System (CPS).
• Manages processes and works with stakeholders to ensure standardized data entry.
• Manages requirements database configuration user access, and data baselines.

Location : Primarily onsite (3+ days / week) at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC. Partial “local remote” flexibility or full remote work may be possible with customer approval.

Typical Physical Activity : Primarily desk / computer work in an office environment. May involve : repetitive motion.

Typical Pay Range : The anticipated pay range for this position in the identified location(s) is $90,000 – 120,000. Actual compensation offered will be based upon individual factors including education, qualifications, and experience.

US Citizenship Required :  Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required. Citizenship will be confirmed via I-9 / E-Verify at the start of employment.

Security Clearance Eligibility Required :   This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate must either already possess an active or interim Secret security clearance (preferred); OR be eligible for a Secret security clearance upon hire.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Experience should include at least three (3) years administering and maintaining requirements management information systems.
