As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a meaningful role in providing Family Support Services to children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities in an in-home setting. You will support and supervise individuals while ensuring a safe and positive environment. In this role, you will partner closely with families and utilize evidence-based practices to appropriately manage behaviors and encourage growth.
