Physical Therapist - Whitewater Clinic

Fort HealthCare is a patient-centered hospital and healthcare system serving individuals, businesses and families in Jefferson, Dane, and Walworth Counties, and we are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Whitewater Clinic team.

80 hours per bi-weekly pay period

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients with musculoskeletal and / or neurological impairments. Also responsible for the monitoring and documentation of patient status, treatment and response.
