We are looking to add an M&A Analyst to our team! CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Analyze potential veterinary hospital and pet care business acquisitions and capital investment in markets across the United States
• Analyze acquisition targets, focusing on P&L statements and conducting quality of earnings analyses to assess true profitability. Build valuation models and assist in recommending deal structures and terms.
• Manage multiple acquisition workstreams, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient due diligence and execution.
• Monitor post-acquisition performance, ensuring targets meet initial projections, and guide Operations on KPIs and strategies for success.
• Support senior leadership with investment presentations and provide insights on unit expansion, buildouts, and growth opportunities.
• Assist with special projects and optimize M&A team processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Support FP&A efforts by evaluating the performance of existing centers and conducting analyses to assist the FP&A team with strategic projects as needed.

LOCATION : Remote position- Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones preferred

REPORTS TO : Head of M&A, Finance

PAY : $70,000-$85,000 salary
