CT / Rad Tech Job Details

Job Title : CT / Radiologic Technologist – Travel / Locum Tenens

Location : Cape Girardeau, Missouri (MO healthcare jobs)

Employment Type : Travel assignment (locum tenens)

Facility Setting : Cath Lab (Inpatient & Outpatient)

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (October 6, 2025 – January 5, 2026)

Shift : Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07 : 00 – 15 : 00)

Hours per Week : 40

On-Call : 7–10 days / month (includes at least 1 weekend)

Weekend Coverage : Every other weekend required

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2870 - $2950

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting

Previous travel healthcare experience required

Active and permanent state license (Missouri or Compact); temporary licenses not accepted

Certifications : ARRT (R), RCIS, or CCI

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)

Proficiency in scrubbing cases for interventional cardiac procedures, pacemakers, and vascular interventions

Experience with equipment documentation and aseptic technique

Key Responsibilities

Scrub and assist in interventional cardiac procedures, including pacemaker and temporary pacemaker placements

Support vascular procedures such as Rotablator atherectomy, TAVI / TAVR, and EVAR

Assist with central line insertion and management

Participate in advanced cardiac and vascular surgeries (e.g., mitral valve replacement, femoral popliteal bypass graft, coronary artery bypass graft, carotid endarterectomy, atrial septal defect repair, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair)

Deliver patient care for adult and geriatric populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as scheduled
