The Sr Manager, Business Systems Analyst will ensure Production Readiness and Secure Configuration of our Infrastructure and applications. The role will focus on analyzing, identifying and mitigating configuration vulnerabilities. In addition, the Analyst will be analyzing and driving Production Readiness Check process improvements to improve system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities :

• Help identify and manage configuration related issues in Production environment
• Conduct Risk Assessments on system configurations ensuring alignment with policy and standards
• Work with Application and Product teams to provide guidance on secure configuration practices and Production Readiness areas
• Develop and improve Infrastructure Production Readiness Checks for all Schwab Infrastructure (Server, Cloud, Network)
