Job descriptionAssist the Center Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the daycare center Supervise and support staff members to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children Implement curriculum and educational programs that promote early childhood development Communicate with parents and families to provide updates on their child's progress Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role at a daycare or early childhood education center Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with state licensing requirements for daycare centers Passion for working with young children and their families
