Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our team of Loan Officers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coaching, pipeline management, and helping originators succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This role is responsible for overseeing the team’s daily production activities, managing pipelines, guiding loan structuring and pricing decisions, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly sales goals.

Lead and mentor a team of Loan Officers focused on HELoans and HELOCs.Conduct regular pipeline reviews, provide feedback on pre-pitch strategy, and support with loan structuring and pricing.Drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly funding goals.Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Collaborate with internal departments to maintain our industry-leading 7–10 day turn times.Support new hire training and continuous skill development for the sales team.Foster a positive, high-energy culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and success.Qualifications
