Job description

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to children from infancy to adolescence, diagnosing and treating various pediatric conditions while working closely with families.

Duties

  • Conduct physical exams and assess pediatric patients. Average 25 patients per day
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Administer immunizations and manage medications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals on treatment plans.
  • Monitor growth and development, offering guidance on nutrition.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Educate parents on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Engage in community outreach for children's health initiatives.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) specializing in Pediatrics.
  • Valid medical license for the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
  • Experience in acute pain management.
  • Strong communication skills with children and families.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.

    Schedule

  • Monday & Wednesday 9-5pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday 9-7pm
  • Friday 9-3pm
  • Saturday 9-12pm - Saturday Rotation
