Senior Sales Rep - Corrugated Packaging (North Georgia Territory)

Salary 80 - 110k base plus commission

Company Summary : Our client is the largest privately held packaging company in the US and is based out of North Carolina. They are a manufacturer of corrugated packaging, point of purchase displays, graphic packaging and merchandising products. They offer design, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution packaging solutions as well. The team is looking for a Senior Sales Rep in the Georgia territory to focus on building new business relationships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and cold calling, and will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.

The Senior Sales Rep has these key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet individual and company goals
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
• Cultivate and grow relationships with both new prospects and existing clients
• Set and pursue sales targets within potential client organizations
• Maintain consistent prospecting efforts and follow-up activities
• Provide market insights and feedback on industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded
