Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting various types of equipment and machinery, both electrical and mechanical issues.
480vac 3 phase motors, pumps, and VFDS
low voltage control systems. 24dc
Knowledge of PET blow molding.
Reciprocating air compressors.
Basic welding and fab work.
Leadership : Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Communication : Good communication skills to interact with team members, management, and other departments effectively.
Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and coordinate maintenance activities to meet production requirements.
Attention to Detail : Thoroughness in conducting inspections, documenting maintenance activities, and ensuring accuracy in work performed.
Safety Management : In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
Training and Development : Experience in training and developing maintenance staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Adaptability : Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges, changing priorities, and fluctuating production demands in a dynamic work environment.
Computer skills : must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office including word, excel and CMMS background. PLC knowledge is a plus
