FirstFleet Inc. Phoenix / Tolleson Operation : Hiring Qualified Drivers

Position Highlights :

  • Employment Type : W2 / company drivers only.
  • Compensation : Odometer miles paid – recession-proof driving position, hauling for the largest grocery chain in the U.S.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of one year of verifiable experience. Semi-truck 53ft trailer experience.
  • Location : Must live within a 25-mile radius of Tolleson, AZ (PHX / Valley area). ZIP 85353
  • Applicants : Positions are limited to high-quality applicants who meet the requirements.

    • Run Information : (You will be running all three) Mostly PM driving

  • Local / Intrastate AZ : Mostly late afternoon and evening driving, delivering locally and beyond, returning the same day / night (day cab). Depart midnight to 3AM.
  • Overnight Runs : To Albuquerque, NM, and back (requires a 10-hour break in Albuquerque) – sleeper truck. - Depart 5-9PM.
  • Henderson, NV Runs : Round trip, returning the same day. Depart 9PM to Midnight.
  • Compensation : All runs are paid by mileage and stops.

  • Residency Requirement : Must live within a 25-mile radius of Tolleson, AZ. ZIP 85353
  • Run Assignment : Drivers will run all mentioned lanes / runs until a dedicated lane is available.

    Basic Driver Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of one year of verifiable experience.
  • Location : Must reside in the Phoenix / Valley area.
  • Age : At least 21 years old. One year semi-truck 53ft trailer experience a must
  • License : Class A CDL from your state of residence in Arizona.
  • Driving Record : No DUI / DWI convictions within the past five years.
  • Accidents : No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years.
