About The Position

🩺 Position Overview

This role involves in-house Neonatologist coverage across day, night, and 24-hour shifts. Multiple shift options available for both weekdays and weekends, offering flexibility and continuity.

Shift Options Include :

Weekdays :

8am–4pm (Day)

3pm–9am (Night)

24-hour combined coverage

Weekends : Fri 3pm–Sat 9am

Sat 9am–Sun 9am

Sun 9am–Mon 9am

👶 Clinical Environment

Average daily census : ~14 babies

Coverage model : Solo in-house Neonatologist

No ECMO management required

Procedures : Confirming requirements; moderate sedation exam available if interested

Level IV NICU experience required

✅ Submission Requirements

To be considered, candidates must provide the following at the time of name clear :

Board Certified in Neonatology

Active CA Medical License

Recent neonatal caseload / experience within the last 12 months

Prior experience in a Level IV NICU

Completed Prescreen Questionnaire (required form)

CV in MM / YYYY format with all gaps explained
