This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of WLAN solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Drive firmware development for new 802.11 access point hardware with minimal supervision.
• Architect and implement high-performance device drivers for wireless and wired networking.
• Develop system software to collect, analyze, and distribute wireless statistics at scale.
• Create intelligent software systems to dynamically manage large groups of wireless devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and data analytics to define and shape innovative products.
• Engage with customers and product managers to resolve complex issues and deliver strategic features.
• Identify and lead opportunities for technical innovation that create significant customer value.
• Develop and bring up firmware for new 802.11 access point hardware.
• Design and implement high-performance device drivers for wireless and wired networking.

The expected salary / wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education / training, and / or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. USD Annual Salary : $120,500.00 - $276,500.00
