Job descriptionDirect and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting and quality control Develop new business and direct Pre-Construction activities Maintain relationships with Clients throughout the duration of construction projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive for General Contractors overseeing commercial, institutional or multifamily construction projects from concept to close-out Excellent communication and relationship building skills
