Job Requirements

🔹  Job Requirements

✅ Active CA RN License (required at time of submission)

✅ BSN required

✅ Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (hard stop)

✅ AHA Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS

✅ Epic charting experience required

🔹 Skills You’ll Use

Titrate cardiac & vasoactive drips

Manage ventilators, arterial lines, and central lines

Administer blood products

Care for patients with multi-system organ failure

Assist with BiPAP / CPAP, HFNC, and chest tubes

🔹 Unit Details

🩺 Ratios : 1 : 2 (ICU)

🏨 Beds : 6

👥 Float : Possible to ER or Med / Surg (1 : 4–5 ratios if floated)
