Position & Client Overview :

Our client is a 120-bed facility located in a beautiful mid-size town in west central Georgia. They are currently in need of a microbiology supervisor to oversee day to day operations of their microbiology, serology, and urinalysis departments.

Salary Range : $70,000-90,000

Job Summary :

Responsible for the management and administrative functions for the laboratory. Responsible for policy development and implementation, regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Supervision is exercised over laboratory supervisors, clinical staff and support staff.

Skill Requirements :

• Managing and authoring processes and procedures
• Training and presenting technical information to staff
• QA / QC of the departments
• Fiscal and budgeting responsibilities
