Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details : The ICU unit at Mercy Pittsburg has 12 beds with a mixed population critical care department that serves a multitude of patient populations. The variation of acuity creates a nursing landscape prime for growth of both knowledge and skill set. Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
