DHI Builds, Inc. is seeking hands-on leaders to become our new full-time Residential Remodelers and contribute to remodels and renovation projects throughout Southern California. You'll tackle a wide variety of trade services to bring our clients' visions to life. Depending on experience, you can make $25.00 - $40.00/hour. Based in Murrieta, CA, our service area covers Ontario, Escondido, and all the cities in between. You can dispatch from home, making your commute more efficient! WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY?

Our Residential Remodelers are a vital piece of our high-end remodeling projects, and you'll complete a wide range of services to improve and refine our clients' homes. You'll lead your team in performing rough and finish work that impresses clients and encourages future business. Responsibilities include:

• Performing rough plumbing and electrical work
• Completing framing and demolition work
• Installing cabinets and other features
• Remodeling and renovating home additions and ADUs (accessory dwelling units)
• Leading teammates in completing high-quality work

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

The typical schedule goes from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 5+ years of experience as a lead Residential Remodeler
• Valid driver's license and a vehicle for work use
• Ability to bring your own tools
• Leadership skills
