JOB SUMMARY : The Business Process Engineering Analyst will be primarily responsible for working with various business lines within the organization to understand their core processes and help determine the best technology solutions for scaling the business.

The role involves collaborating with management to understand the business, establishing relationships with leaders and stakeholders, assessing business processes, and supporting risk identification related to scaling to meet patient growth demands. The analyst will help create detailed business requirements to evaluate whether in-house (e.g., SAP) or vendor solutions are most suitable. Additionally, they will facilitate communication and buy-in from executive teams to validate business cases and value realization.

This is a full-time, exempt position located in Portsmouth, NH or Chesterbrook, PA, with a requirement of working at least 3 days a week in the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in mapping and improving business processes across teams, guided by senior staff
  • Build effective relationships across departments to foster a customer-focused culture
  • Translate business needs into clear process or product recommendations
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support solutions enhancing patient experience and business performance
  • Identify operational challenges and structure solutions using data and process improvement tools
  • Support risk awareness and project clarity through effective communication
  • Participate in cross-functional and strategic initiatives
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • At least 2 years experience in technology, biotech, life sciences consulting, or related industries
  • Strategy or management consulting experience preferred; life sciences focus is a plus
  • Ability to work directly with senior executives, challenge assumptions, and manage risks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or medical equipment industries is preferred
  • Experience in multinational environments is a plus
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and proactive attitude are essential
