Backend Engineer with Database Focus

About this role

We're looking for someone with 2 - 10 years of experience in backend engineering who has a strong spike in database engineering, particularly with SQL and OLAP databases. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment and have a track record of building robust, scalable systems. Bonus points if you have experience with Next.js or marketing technology.

With the latest technology, their monitoring solution and action center enable brands to make sure they don’t get left behind in the paradigm shift from traditional search to generative search. They empower next-gen marketing teams at Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing AI companies.

What you'll do :

• Build core platform features that align with the needs of Fortune 500 and fast-growing AI companies.
• Translate complex business problems into technical implementations.
• Handle millions of rows of data and ensure low latency.
• Take ownership of data architecture and advise the team on best practices.
• Contribute to architectural and tech choices, especially concerning data storage and processing.
• Prepare for and implement solutions for future scaling challenges to ensure system robustness.

On-site work policy

We offer flexibility for occasional remote work or travel, but the expectation is to be in the office most of the time. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available.
