The Opportunity

The Brand Manager, Innovation will serve in a marketing innovation role for the Abbott Nutrition Products Division working on projects for both the Pediatric and Adult Nutrition Business Units. This role supports the development of brand innovation strategies and execution of projects on cross-functional teams. Work on brands such as Similac, Pedialyte, PediaSure, Ensure, Glucerna, Juven, and other Specialty nutritional products.

What You'll Work On

Support the creation of innovation strategies and identify opportunities aligned with brand objectives. Partner with brand teams to understand goals and ensure innovation initiatives complement overall strategy. Assist in gathering consumer and customer insights to identify unmet needs. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (R&D, Market Research, Supply Chain, Sales) to support project execution. Contribute to building business cases for new product concepts through data collection and analysis. Serve as a key contributor on cross-functional project teams to move projects through the innovation development process. Manage assigned project timelines and budgets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or innovation within healthcare, nutrition, or consumer packaged goods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with consumer insights and market research. Familiarity with financial analysis and business case development. MBA preferred.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
