Job descriptionInterview clients to gather information about their income, expenses, deductions, and credits. Ask questions to uncover all eligible tax breaks. Analyze W-2s, 1099s, receipts, and other financial documents. Make sure everything needed to file an accurate return is collected. Help clients understand their tax situation (why they owe or what caused their refund) Educate them on how to improve their tax outcome next year.
