A company is looking for a Program Manager, People Strategy & Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Define, launch, and drive the People Team's strategic priorities and project plans
Manage cross-functional projects and ensure effective communication across teams
Research and implement AI tools to optimize People processes and enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic enablement
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-track programs simultaneously
Experience in leading organizational change and navigating ambiguity
Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI and technology for business efficiency
Advanced proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools
