Account Manager - Remote Martech

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Work with enterprise level clients, with a focus on upsell / cross sell / expansion. Work with creative / marketing teams. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and performance reports. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

The successful applicant should have : 2-4+ years of enterprise account management experience, 4-7+ years of total SaaS sales experience, 3+ years of progressive experience within one company - jumpy profiles will not be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. A solid understanding of sales strategies and the ability to meet revenue targets. Knowledge or experience in the technology & telecoms industry. Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
