Awesome incentives and team events Career growth opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Full-time employees are eligible for : Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401(k) Savings Plans with company match after one year (full and part-time employees must meet eligibility requirements) Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success Keep constant awareness of the bar’s needs Change blown kegs Keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc. Bus tables throughout shift Great communication skills Be a good teammate Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable High-volume barback experience preferred Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city / state Ability to work varied hours / days as business dictates Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
